For business customers we will provide an accurate turnaround time when quoting each job, we always aim for a 10 day turnaround for jobs that are provisionally booked in advance.

For domestic customers, items are usually priced as a low priority job, meaning you wont pay the full workshop hourly rate but they will be completed as and when possible, usually 2-4 weeks for most items. However if you have an item you would like finished sooner we will price and process it accordingly.

We can give “ball park figures” over the phone however it is preferred that we see the item in person to properly assess its condition and provide an accurate quote. Where this isn’t possible we ask for a detailed photo of the item in order to estimate a price and turnaround time. Photo’s can be sent to [email protected]
